My kids loved this game from the first play, they got into the strategy involved really quickly.
The artwork is impressive also.
Would highly recomend
We absolutely love this game. Our children (age 9 and 11) really enjoyed saving sea turtles. Easy to play for everyone. The artwork is incredible too.
This is a fantastic resource!!! Will be well used at Treehouse Tribe Bush & Nature Play!! 💕
We bought the Melbourne South Adventure Guide for our 10-year-old to encourage more time outdoors, and we're really looking forward to getting started. Our first adventure is planned for Ricketts Point, which we're excited about. It looks like such a fun way to explore together - thank you!
My 7 year old daughter is very active and loves the outdoors, in winter it can be hard to think of activities to do and the adventure guides offer great ideas. I really like the time aspect on the missions too. Thank you!
Was a great print out to use alongside our adventure guides. Already planning some winter adventures with the kids .thank you!
We bought this for our 6-year-old to get out on more family adventures -it sounded really fun, and it absolutely is! Everything about it has been really good, and it's such an easy way to make time outdoors more exciting together.
We bought the Bush, Beach, Backyard and Melbourne South guides and have been using them across a bunch of outings. Our first Melbourne trail was the Ricketts Point rockpool ramble at low tide - we followed all the activities on the card, and it was fabulous! We've already done quite a few adventures from the Beach and Bush guides too, and they've all been great fun. Such a fantastic way to get the kids outside and exploring.
I purchased these books Adventures at the Beach and in the Backyard as I thought that these would be the most appropriate places the family would go on adventures. Because he is only just three he didn't really understand the concept of the cards, but I'm sure Mum, Dad and big sister will help him with the fun and simple activities.
We bought these for our kids (11 and 6) to spend more time outdoors together as a family, and they've been amazing. Such a great way to get everyone outside and actually doing things together - we've loved it.
Great ideas can't wait to use them once the weather is a bit cooler.
I bought these for my grandson and can't wait to give them to him. I love how they combine stories and adventure, using imagination and your own backyard. Such a clever idea for encouraging creative outdoor play.
I love the idea of these cards, especially for parents wanting to engage their children in outdoor activities. They're such a great product that I'm keen to try them all! As a Bush Education Specialist in a local primary school, I'm always on the lookout for inspiring outdoor activities - and these really stand out.
We gifted the Beach Adventure Guides to our niece and nephew for Christmas and they were a big hit. They've already started working through some of the activities, and we're looking forward to joining in on a few more together this weekend. Such a thoughtful, engaging gift - love your work!
Great Christmas gift - a big hit with our niece and nephew. They've already started working through some of the activities!
Full of creative ideas and inspiring illustrations - these Guides make outdoor adventures feel effortless and exciting
Purchased for my grandchildren aged 5, 10 and 12. Their parents were very happy, and I'm excited to see the kids spending more time outdoors in the fresh air.
We ordered the Backyard and Bush Adventure Guides mid-week and were amazed to receive them the very next day. Even in 39-degree heat, the cards sparked our 5-year-old granddaughter's imagination and she created her own adventure indoors that lasted all evening. We're so excited for the many adventures ahead - inside and out.
These books are wonderful- excellent quality, each adventure, side quest , prompts are carefully thought out and easy to follow . I've sent these to neices and nephews they are excited to explore the great outdoors ( would love to see the series expand to other states - great for holidays or defence families that move frequently)
I purchased this for my grandkids for Xmas as an activity gift. My daughter ad son in law have gone through the set and are so excited to have exciting day trips to do with the girls over the school holidays.
They are really wonderful. Such a lot of thought and work has gone into them. I'm delighted. They are so well produced and beautifully done. Love them. Thank you so much.
If there’s one person I know who embodies the spirit of adventure, community, and generosity, it’s Christina. A passionate mum and avid lover of the great outdoors, Christina has become an absolute beacon for families looking to explore the natural beauty of Victoria. Her infectious enthusiasm for hiking and trail adventures is matched only by her artistic expression and incredible generosity in sharing her wealth of knowledge.
Thanks to Christina, countless families, ours included, have discovered just how accessible and enjoyable local hiking can be, even with little ones in tow. Her insights into child-friendly trails, tips for outdoor exploration, and thoughtful recommendations have taken so much of the guesswork out of planning nature-filled days with our kids.
Christina doesn’t just talk the talk, she walks it (literally!) with passion and purpose. She’s been a guiding light to our little group, *Stick, Stones and Shoes*, a group originally started by family friends in April 2024, which has grown over time and now enjoys monthly hikes together with many other likeminded families.
Her selfless contribution to our outdoor community has not only made nature more accessible but also created a sense of togetherness, learning, and joy that’s hard to put into words.
From all of us, thank you, Christina. You’ve lit the path for so many, and we’re all better for it.
My 4 year old grandson and I did the Darebin Parklands adventure the other week.
We both loved it and Cossie was able to find the things identified on the map quite well, including the little wood bird box!
Very doable for him and I.
Merri Creek is next! These adventures are amazing. Highly recommend!
Really enjoying the Melb North especially Gresswell Forest. Thanks for finding these, keen to have more!
A friend told me about these Adventure Guides and how much their kids loved them. We are all loving the adventures so far and the beautiful artwork and creativity! 100% recommend.
