Returns And Refunds

We know that sometimes people change their mind or that items can get damaged during delivery. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return, exchange and refund policy from the date of purchase. To help us keep improving, we simply ask for feedback in return.

How do I request a return, exchange or refund?

If you change your mind, or your item is damaged during delivery, you can contact us for a return, refund and exchange within 30 days of your date of purchase. Please contact us at info@gumnuttrails.com.au, explaining what has happened and we will process your request.

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind, we will ask you to return the item in its original condition (sealed and undamaged), and to cover the return mailing costs. You can use the mailing envelope originally provided.

Once returned, we will process your refund in full to the payment method and account used at the point of purchase. Refunds may take up to 15 to 20 business days to go through, depending on your payment method and financial provider. Please contact us if it takes longer.

We can also organise an exchange or a gift voucher instead of a refund.

Please contact us right away at info@gumnuttrails.com.au and let us know what has happened. We will send out a replacement so you don’t miss out on your family adventures.
