Gumnut Trails is a local Australian business based in Melbourne. All orders are packed with care and sent from Melbourne using recycled materials with Australia Post. 

How quickly will my order be processed?

Once your order has been received, it will be checked and processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Shipping rates and delivery timeframes - Australia only.

We keep things simple with flat rate shipping across Australia. 

Standard Delivery: $4.95	4- 8 Business Days
Express Delivery: $9.95	1-4 Business Days

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from Gumnut Trails with an Australian Post tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gumnuttrails.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns and exchanges.

We know that sometimes people change their mind or that items can get damaged during delivery. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return, exchange and refund policy from the date of purchase. To help us keep improving, we simply ask for feedback in return.
